A series of live performances by former Top Gear presenter Jeremy Clarkson and co-hosts Richard Hammond and James May will go ahead later this year.
The stage shows, taking place across the UK, will kick off in Belfast on 20th May, but will be devoid of BBC branding.
Instead, the shows will be titled as "Clarkson, Hammond and May Live", and will not include any material under copyright to the BBC - including the Stig, and any clips or material from Top Gear.
It is understood that as the tour was partly organised, and has been sanctioned by BBC Worldwide, would mean that the BBC would in some regard still profit from the services of Clarkson, whom the BBC ended it's relationship with following an assault by Clarkson on a Top Gear producer.
Rumours are now gaining traction that the trio will return to our screens in some form, possibly with the same working title as the stage shows.
